KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is set to address the House of Representatives at the opening meeting of the federal parliament’s budget session, which begins tomorrow.

According to CPN-UML Chief Whip Mahesh Bartaula, the Prime Minister will speak during the very first sitting of the session.

Bartaula said the address is intended to demonstrate the government’s respect for parliament and its commitment to addressing public concerns through the legislature.

The House meeting is scheduled for 1 PM. On the first day of the budget session, leaders from various political parties are also expected to deliver remarks.
