Three killed in mini-truck accident
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.

KATHMANDU: Three people lost their lives in a mini-truck accident that occurred on Wednesday morning at Golden, ward no. 1 of Jorayal Rural Municipality in Doti district.
According to District Police Office Doti, the mini-truck (Na. Pa. 01–001 Kha 3428) was en route to Bajhang, carrying food and other consumer goods, when it went out of control and plunged approximately 50 meters off the Bhimdatta Highway.
Among the deceased, the truck driver has been identified as Arjun Dhami, a resident of Dahabagar, Bungal Municipality-2, Bajhang.
The identities of the other two victims have yet to be confirmed.
SP Binod Sharma, Chief of Doti District Police Office, stated that the bodies were trapped under the wreckage and the cargo, making the rescue operation difficult. “The situation is beyond the capacity of human effort alone, so we are using a bulldozer for the rescue,” he added.
