Three children die from poisoning in Dhanusha

KATHMANDU: Three children have tragically lost their lives due to poisoning in Yadukohama, Sahidnagar Municipality-5, Dhanusha.
The incident occurred on Monday night when four members of a family ingested poison, resulting in the deaths of three children.
According to Dhanusha Police Chief Bhuwaneshwar Tiwari, the poison used was reportedly a substance commonly applied to wheat.
The victims, six-year-old Aditya Sah, four-year-old Aakriti Sah, and two-year-old Arushi Sah, died at the scene.
The children’s mother, 30-year-old Pabita Sah, remains in critical condition and is currently receiving treatment on a ventilator at the Provincial Hospital in Janakpur.
The police have initiated further investigations into the incident.
