Laxmi Group appointed sole authorized distributor of SML Isuzu in Nepal

KATHMANDU: SML Isuzu, a renowned manufacturer of buses and trucks based on Japanese technology and produced in India, has officially appointed Laxmi Group as its sole authorized distributor for the Nepali market.
Known for its efficiency and reliability across Nepal’s diverse terrain, SML Isuzu vehicles have remained a popular choice in the country for many years.
With this new appointment, Laxmi Commercial Vehicles, a subsidiary of Laxmi Group, has announced its commitment to aggressive market expansion and service enhancement across Nepal.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Sanjay Khadka, Sales Head at Laxmi Commercial Vehicles, stated that the company has been selling SML Isuzu vehicles in Nepal for the past seven years and currently operates a comprehensive sales and service network across all seven provinces.
He further shared that the company plans to expand its reach in the coming days.
Mr. Khadka also emphasized Laxmi Group’s dedication to customer satisfaction by ensuring nationwide availability of spare parts, reinforcing the company’s commitment to providing seamless service. “SML Isuzu entrusted us with the role of sole authorized distributor in recognition of our dedication, consistency, and hard work toward the brand,” he said, adding that the team is both proud and excited about this milestone.
SML Isuzu offers a range of vehicles in Nepal, including light and medium-duty trucks, tippers, school buses, and staff buses.
The brand has also maintained a leading position in the school bus segment for many years.
