Gandaki Chief Bhatta certifies two provincial bills

KATHMANDU: Gandaki Province Chief Dilliram Bhatta has certified two bills passed by the Gandaki Provincial Assembly.

According to a press release issued by the Office of the Province Chief, Bhatta authenticated the “Bill on Regulation and Management of Partnership Firms in Gandaki Province” and the “Bill to Repeal Certain Acts of Gandaki Province” in accordance with Article 201, Clause 2 of the Constitution.

Both bills were endorsed by the provincial assembly and forwarded to the Province Chief for final approval.
