Janamat Party treasurer Yadav arrested

KATHMANDU: Surendra Narayan Yadav, the central treasurer of the Janamat Party, has been arrested on charges of fraud.

According to police, Yadav was taken into custody from Rajbiraj in Saptari district.

A complaint had been filed against him at the Lalitpur police office, accusing him of fraud and criminal breach of trust.

Authorities confirmed that Yadav was arrested for investigation purposes based on the allegations.
