Chandbagh School hosts ‘open house’ event to celebrate New Year 2082

KATHMANDU: The Chandbagh School successfully organized an interactive event titled ‘The Chandbagh Open House’ on the eve of Nepali New Year 2082.

Held on Chaitra 31 within the school premises in Jorpati, Gokarneshwar-6, the event brought together students, parents, and members of the local community.

Hundreds of attendees including students, teachers, parents, local residents, and community leaders participated in the celebration. The event featured a variety of educational and entertaining activities and also served as a platform for exchanging warm New Year greetings.

Key attractions of the program included game stalls, robotics, painting and clay art exhibitions, musical performances, and a coding showcase—highlighting the creativity and talent of students.

Addressing the event, Gokarneshwar Municipality Mayor Deepak Kumar Rijal remarked, “The presence of The Chandbagh School in our municipality significantly contributes to our vision of making Gokarneshwar an educational hub.”

Likewise, Bhushan Chandra Sen Gurung, Academic Director of CG Education, stated, “We are proud to be ranked among the top 10 schools in the Kathmandu Valley.
