Gold price drops today

KATHMANDU: The price of gold in the Nepali market has decreased today (Tuesday) after reaching a record high in recent days.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold dropped by Rs 1,700 per tola.

Today, the price of hallmark gold is being traded at Rs 184,300 per tola, compared to Rs 186,000 per tola on the last trading day, Sunday.

Similarly, the price of silver has also declined by Rs 15 per tola.

Silver is currently being traded at Rs 1,945 per tola, down from Rs 1,960 on Sunday.
