Four injured in tractor accident in Salyan
Inspector Basnet stated that driver Bir Bahadur Kunwar and Lalit Kunwar sustained serious injuries.

KATHMANDU: Four people were injured in a tractor accident that occurred on Monday night in Bangad Kupinde Municipality-8, Babiyachaur, Salyan district.
According to District Police Office Salyan spokesperson and Police Inspector Baburam Basnet, the tractor (registration number Ra 1 Ta 2821) was heading from Kupindetal to Parigaun when it lost control and plunged nearly 50 meters off the road.
The injured have been identified as 28-year-old driver Bir Bahadur Kunwar, 20-year-old Uran BC, 27-year-old Lalit Kunwar, and 13-year-old Hemraj Kunwar — all residents of Bangad Kupinde Municipality-8.
Inspector Basnet stated that driver Bir Bahadur Kunwar and Lalit Kunwar sustained serious injuries.
All four victims were immediately rescued and given preliminary treatment at a local medical center before being referred to Nepalgunj for further care.
They are currently undergoing treatment at a nursing home.
Initial investigations suggest that the tractor went out of control, leading to the accident.
