Man dies from electric shock in Makwanpur

KATHMANDU: A 55-year-old man from Simaltar, Makawanpurgadhi Rural Municipality-5, Makwanpur, died after suffering an electric shock on Friday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Bhumi Nanda Timalsina.

According to authorities, he was critically injured after coming into contact with electricity and was immediately rushed to Hetauda Hospital for treatment.

However, he succumbed to his injuries during the course of treatment.

Police have initiated a detailed investigation into the incident.
