Paudel highlights resource management & investment opportunities for Nepal
He mentioned that the government has created an investment-friendly environment through ordinances, which have now been enacted as laws.

KATHMANDU: Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel has stated that managing resources has become a challenging issue for the overall development of the country.
Speaking at an event organized by the Nepal Chartered Accountants Association in Kathmandu on Tuesday, he emphasized that resource management is increasingly becoming a critical topic for the nation’s development.
He called on both domestic and international private sectors to invest in Nepal, enhance production, create employment opportunities, earn profits, pay taxes, and be recognized as responsible taxpayers.
The minister highlighted that the government is actively working to attract investors.
He mentioned that the government has created an investment-friendly environment through ordinances, which have now been enacted as laws.
He also noted that the necessary regulations, directives, and standards related to these laws are now ready, and the Cabinet will soon pass them.
Deputy Prime Minister Paudel affirmed that the government is committed to creating a conducive environment for investment in the country and highlighted the significant investment opportunities that Nepal holds.
