Royalists protest: Man held for traffic light vandalism & arson at herbal center

KATHMANDU: A key suspect involved in vandalizing traffic lights and setting fire to the herbal processing center building has been arrested.

The arrested individual has been identified as 27-year-old Kumar Tamang from Bahrabise, Sindhupalchowk.

According to the police, Tamang was involved in damaging traffic lights and setting fire to the herbal processing center during a royalist protest on March 28.

He was arrested today by the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office, Teku.
