Gold price drops today

KATHMANDU: The price of gold has dropped once again in Nepal’s market today.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders Association, the price of gold has decreased by Rs 700 per tola (11.66 grams) today (Monday).

The price of hallmarked gold is currently trading at Rs 173,800 per tola.

This is down from Rs 174,500 per tola, which was the price on Sunday.

On the other hand, the price of silver has increased by Rs 30, now trading at Rs 1,830 per tola.

The price of silver was Rs 1,800 per tola on Sunday.

As of today, the price of gold per 10 grams stands at Rs 149,500, while the price of silver per 10 grams is Rs 1,569.
