Guragain’s attendance record kept at Balen’s secretariat

KATHMANDU: Despite employees forcibly entering the office, Kathmandu Metropolitan City’s Chief Administrative Officer Saroj Guragain has not been able to attend work.

His attendance record has been kept at the Mayor’s office.

A member of the secretariat revealed that Guragai’s attendance record has been placed at the secretariat since the controversy began.

The member also stated that even though employees forcibly entered the office today, Guragai was not allowed to mark his attendance.

“The attendance is only recorded at 10 AM,” the official clarified.
