What did parliament accomplish in 118 hours over 61 days?

KATHMANDU: The Fifth Session of the House of Representatives will conclude tonight (Tuesday) at midnight.

The session, which began on Friday, Mangsir 18, has lasted for 61 days and will end on Chait 19.

During this period, 27 meetings were held in 25 days, as reported by the Parliament Secretariat.

The total parliamentary proceedings amounted to 118 hours and 21 minutes, according to the Federal Parliament Secretariat.

During the session, five replacement bills introduced through ordinances were passed.

Additionally, question-answer sessions with the Prime Minister were held on Falgun 4 and Chait 7.
