Gold prices hit record high, silver remains stable

KATHMANDU: The price of gold has set a new record in the Nepali market.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold has risen by 1,800 rupees per tola, marking a new all-time high.

As of today, the price of standard gold is being traded at 179,700 rupees per tola, the highest ever recorded.

On the previous trading day, Monday, the price was 177,900 rupees per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of silver remains stable.

Silver is being traded at 2,035 rupees per tola today, the same as it was on Monday.
