KATHMANDU: The government has reduced the price of diesel and kerosene.
The Nepal Oil Corporation’s Board of Directors decided in a meeting on Monday to cut the price of diesel and kerosene by 2 rupees per liter.
As a result, the price of diesel in Kathmandu has now been set at 149 rupees per liter.
Meanwhile, the price of petrol had increased by 45 paisa per liter from India.
However, despite this increase in petrol prices, the decision was made to reduce the prices of diesel and kerosene, according to the corporation.
