KATHMANDU: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane has stated that there is widespread public anger towards the government.

Speaking to the media on Monday after resuming his party responsibilities, he emphasized that he is not afraid of challenges, even when the sword hangs over his head.

He also mentioned that he is not intimidated by any power and is ready to address any issues that may arise.

Lamichhane reiterated that he did not enter politics with the mindset of sitting idle but to make a meaningful impact.

The RSP leader highlighted that his party, with 21 seats, had made its presence felt in the parliament.

He expressed concern that political parties are now focusing on internal division.

Lamichhane also revealed that he plans to visit Chitwan next Saturday.

He accused the government of protecting corrupt individuals and stated that the government is working to shield wrongdoers.
