Minister Gurung apologizes, pledges to improve communication style

KATHMANDU: Communication and Information Technology Minister Prithvi Subba Gurung has expressed his intention to correct his style of expression.

Speaking in the National Assembly meeting on Monday, he apologized for any hurt caused to the lawmakers due to his manner of speaking and committed to improving his communication style in the future.

He clarified that his intention was never to belittle anyone, stating that his tongue is straight and that he follows an aggressive logic-based communication style.

Minister Gurung had faced criticism for making statements that were perceived as belittling towards the lawmakers in a previous National Assembly session.
