Royalists set fire to RSP Whip Santosh Pariyar’s car in protest

KATHMANDU: Royalists, demanding the restoration of the monarchy, staged a protest on Friday and set fire to the vehicle of Rastritya Swatantra Party (RSP) chief whip Santosh Pariyar.

While returning home after completing parliamentary duties, Pariyar’s vehicle, with the number 1382, was set on fire by royalists in the Balkumari area.

Pariyar informed that the royalists stopped the vehicle in front of the CCRC College at Balkumari before setting it ablaze.
