Hearing begins on Ghising’s petition against NEA removal

KATHMANDU: The hearing on the petition filed by Kulman Ghising has begun.

The petition challenges the government’s decision to remove him from the position of Executive Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA).

The hearing started before a bench led by Judge Abdul Ajiz Muslalman.

Ghising had filed the petition on Wednesday evening.
