KATHMANDU: A new building of the Provincial Hospital was constructed at Madhyabindu in Nawalpur (the district of Nawalpasari Bardaghat-Sustapurva).
The building was developed with an investment of Rs 300 million including Rs 120 million from the Gandaki Province Government and Rs 180 million from Nepal Hilfe Organization.
The hospital will provide health care services from its newly-built facility within some days, Hospital’s Medical Superintendent Dr Ramesh Prasad Acharya said.
Earlier, the hospital with 15 beds facility was providing the services of 80 beds despite the lack of sufficient physical infrastructures and other facilities.
Medical Superintendent Dr Acharya said that the hospital had to run additional beds due to massive number of the patients visiting the hospital to get services.
