PM Oli: No need for further response on employee removal
Oli emphasized that the matter was settled when one person was removed and another was appointed in their place.

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has stated that there is no need for him to respond further regarding the removal of an employee, after the individual in question was seen crying when removed from their position.
Oli emphasized that the matter was settled when one person was removed and another was appointed in their place.
While addressing the National Volunteer Conference organized by the National Youth Association Nepal on Wednesday, Oli, who also serves as the leader of the ruling CPN-UML, remarked, “The Prime Minister has already responded. One person was removed, and another was appointed. That’s it. That is the answer. Our job is not to make decisions based on what they say, but to provide support by making the necessary appointments.”
The government recently dismissed Kulman Ghising, the Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, and appointed Hitendradev Shakya in his place on Monday.
