David Møller Øf, Alexander Sørloth, Kristoffer Ajer, and Erling Haaland were the goal scorers for Norway. Israel’s goals came from Mohammad Abu Fani and Dor Turgeman.
The match saw Øf score the opening goal in the 39th minute to give Norway an early lead. In the 55th minute, Fani leveled the score for Israel.
However, in the 59th minute, Sørloth regained the lead for Norway. Ajer added a third goal in the 65th minute, extending Norway’s advantage to 3-1.
With seven minutes left in regulation, Haaland sealed the win with a fourth goal for Norway, making it 4-1. Turgeman scored a late goal for Israel in injury time, but it was not enough to prevent the defeat.
With this win, Norway has accumulated 6 points from 2 matches, sitting at the top of Group I.
Israel, having suffered their first loss, is in third place with 3 points from the same number of matches.
