KATHMANDU: Global IME Bank Limited (GIBL) has successfully organized a series of financial literacy programs targeting students and youth as part of the Global Money Week 2025 celebrations.

These programs were conducted across all seven provinces of Nepal throughout the week.

The bank’s initiatives aimed at promoting financial awareness saw active participation from over 6,000 students and young people.

Additionally, Global IME Bank employees participated in events organized by Nepal Rastra Bank and other institutions, where they contributed to enhancing financial literacy through banners and interactive sessions.

With a commitment to fostering financial awareness and promoting digital banking, Global IME Bank is set to continue its efforts by running similar programs across its 355 branches nationwide.

The sessions covered a wide range of topics, including savings, loans, remittances, digital banking, insurance, investment, additional banking services, financial fraud prevention, and financial discipline.

These programs are part of the bank’s ongoing mission to increase financial literacy and ensure a more informed and responsible future generation.
