KATHMANDU: The government’s decision to dismiss Kulman Ghising, the Managing Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, has sparked widespread criticism.

Senior leader of the Nepali Congress, Dr. Shekhar Koirala, has harshly criticized the government’s move, calling it another example of misgovernance.

He stated that neither the government nor the party could justify the decision, expressing that the party should not take ownership of such a move.

Koirala posted on social media: “Nepali Congress should not take ownership of this decision. How long will this last? Destruction is driven by misguided intelligence!”
