The decision was made at a meeting of the SEE Examination Coordination Committee, chaired by the Chief District Officer (CDO) of Parsa, Ganesh Aryal, held on Saturday evening.

KATHMANDU: Four examination officials, including an assistant center head, were removed from their duties for violating the guidelines during the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) in the district.
The decision was made at a meeting of the SEE Examination Coordination Committee, chaired by the Chief District Officer (CDO) of Parsa, Ganesh Aryal, held on Saturday evening.
CDO Aryal stated that Munilal Karna, the center head of Mithastan Vidyapith Secondary School in Birgunj, had not shown sufficient caution and vigilance in maintaining the discipline and integrity of the examination process. As a result, a decision was made to issue a warning to Karna.
The assistant center head at the same school, Jayprakash Sarraf, was found to be involved in suspicious activities, leading to a decision to bar him from entering the exam center for the duration of the examination.
The meeting also decided to issue a written warning to the center heads of Nepal National Secondary School, Masihani, and Nepal National Secondary School, Nichuta, after unauthorized individuals, including parents’ associations, were seen entering the examination centers.
Additionally, the supervisor at the Masihani center, teacher Lalbabu Yadav, was removed from his duties for misconduct that violated examination protocols.
Similarly, the coordination committee instructed the center head at Siddhartha Secondary School, Sugar Factory, Birgunj, to remove teachers Dharmendra Pandey and Rambalak Yadav from their supervisory roles due to conflicts of interest, as they were also involved in teaching at the institution.
The meeting also addressed an issue at Sundermal Ramkumar Kanya Secondary School, Birgunj, where the wrong question papers were distributed to regular and grade improvement candidates.
In response, instructions were given to prevent such occurrences in future exams, and local education officers were tasked with assisting in facilitating smooth examination management, including the distribution of question papers.
Furthermore, the committee decided that question papers should only be opened 20 minutes before the examination begins.
