Gold & silver prices drop

KATHMANDU: Gold prices have dropped in the Nepali market on the last day of the week.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs Federation, the price of gold has decreased by 1,000 rupees per tola today (Friday).

Today, the price of Chhapawal gold is trading at 275,000 rupees per tola.

In comparison, on the previous trading day, Thursday, gold was traded at 276,000 rupees per tola.

Silver has also seen a decline, with its price dropping by 35 rupees per tola, now trading at 1,995 rupees per tola.

On Thursday, silver was traded at 2,030 rupees per tola.
