NADA delegation meets customs director general
During the meeting, General Secretary Upreti presented the budgetary suggestions for the fiscal year 2082/83.
KATHMANDU: A delegation led by the General Secretary of NADA, Surendra Kumar Upreti on Wednesday met with Mahesh Bhattarai, the Director General of the Customs Department, to discuss various issues related to the automobile sector.
During the meeting, General Secretary Upreti presented the budgetary suggestions for the fiscal year 2082/83, which had been prepared after discussions with various committees of NADA.
In the course of the discussion, Upreti emphasized that NADA has consistently been advising the government to create an environment conducive to clean business practices.
Director General Bhattrai, in response, highlighted the need for businesspeople to embrace clean business practices.
The meeting was also attended by NADA Secretary Vikram Singhania, Treasurer Milan Babu Malla, Vice Chair of the Lubricants Committee Dipak Kumar, and members Amarjyoti Ranjitkar and Ankur Khanal.
