Shobha Shrestha appointed as independent director of NIMB

KATHMANDU: Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited has appointed Shobha Shrestha as an independent director.

The appointment was made during the 618th meeting of the Board of Directors held on Wednesday, in accordance with Section 14 of the Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 2073.

Currently, the Board of Directors of Nepal Investment Mega Bank comprises Chair Mr. Prithvi Bahadur Pandey, along with Directors Mr. Prajanya Rajbhandari, Mr. Madan Kumar Acharya, Mr. Dipankar Shakya Uday, Mr. Kavi Kumar Tiwarewala, Mr. Shalik Ram Belbase, and Ms. Shobha Shrestha.
