65-year-old man dies from electric shock in Rupandehi

KATHMANDU: A 65-year-old man, Rambrij Yadav, residing in Dihuli, Sammarimai Rural Municipality-6, Rupandehi, tragically passed away on Tuesday afternoon after being electrocuted.

He was watering his vegetable garden using an electric motor when the incident occurred, leading to an electric shock that caused him to lose consciousness.

He was rushed to the Bhim Hospital in Bhairahawa for treatment but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.

The police are currently investigating the incident.
