Chief of Army Staff presents rank insignia

KATHMANDU: In a significant ceremony held at the Army Base (Jangi Adda) today, Chief of Army Staff Ashok Raj Sigdel presented the rank insignia of Lieutenant General to Assistant Lieutenant General Ram Prasad Adhikari, who was specially promoted to the distinguished rank.
In the same event, Technical Colonel Mukesh Bataju was also honored with the rank of Technical Assistant Lieutenant General, marking another milestone in the army’s leadership.
The ceremony was attended by senior officers, family members of the promoted officers, and other distinguished guests, making it a memorable occasion for both the recipients and the Nepal Army.
