Gold price hits record high

KATHMANDU: The price of gold has reached an all-time high.

On Tuesday, gold was traded at Rs 175,200 per tola, and today it surged by Rs 800, reaching Rs 176,000 per tola, according to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association.

Similarly, the price of silver has been set at Rs 2,045 per tola.

On Tuesday, silver was traded at Rs 2,050 per tola.

In the international market, gold is currently trading at USD 3,035 per ounce.
