NEPSE index drops 46.33 points

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index dropped by 46.33 points today, closing at 2772.10, marking a decrease of 1.64%.

Since last Monday, the NEPSE has been on a steady decline.

A total of 24 companies saw their stock prices rise, while 217 companies experienced a decrease in value.

Only 2 companies had their stock prices remain unchanged.

Today’s trading volume reached 1,12,347 transactions, totaling a turnover of Rs 10.09 billion (1 billion 9 crore 36 lakh rupees).

A total of 22,726,283 shares were bought and sold today, with all subgroups experiencing a decline.
