Nepal to play against Namibia in first match of Four-Nation Women’s T20 series
The match will be held at Entebbe Cricket Oval ground in Uganda on Saturday at 4:45 PM according to the Nepali standard time.

KATHMANDU: Nepal is all set to play against Namibia in the first match of the Four-Nation Women’s T20 series to be held in Uganda.
The match will be held at Entebbe Cricket Oval ground in Uganda on Saturday at 4:45 PM according to the Nepali standard time.
Nepal is vying with the Namibia’s women’s cricket team for the first time.
Four countries-Nepal, Namibia, Hong Kong and host country Uganda- are contesting in the series. In the series, all teams will play two games against each others.
Towards this, Nepal will play against host Uganda on March 9 and Hong Kong on March 10. Likewise, Nepal will vie with Namibia on March 12, Uganda on March 13 and Hong Kong on March 14.
The two highest scorer teams of the series will play the final match.
Nepali women cricket team features Indu Barma (captain), Rubina Chhetri, Puja Mahato, Alisha Kumari Yadav, Sana Prabin, Roma Thapa, Bindu Rawal, Samjhana Khadka, Mamata Chaudhary, Kabita Joshi, Riya Sharma, Rajamati Airee, Rachana Chaudhary and Ishwori Bista.
Earlier, Nepali team’s coach Manoj Bhetuwal, before leaving for Uganda, had said that his team will return after winning the series by improving its weakness.
Likewise, Nepali women cricket team’s captain Barma had said that her team was well prepared and would return delivering good performances in the series.
