Couple in extramarital affair found hanging together

KATHMANDU: A young man and woman were discovered hanging from the same tree near the banks of the Bakraha River in Maulibari, Pathari Shanishchare, Morang.

According to police, both deceased individuals were married. The woman, originally from Morang, was married in Katari Rural Municipality.

Her husband, Kancha Tudu, is currently abroad for foreign employment.

The deceased man, Ajay, was also married and had a wife and two sons at home.

Preliminary police investigations suggest that the two were involved in an extramarital relationship.

Authorities are conducting further investigations into the case.
