Prithvi Bahadur Pandey elected Chair of NIMB

KATHMANDU: Prithvi Bahadur Pandey Appointed as Chair of Nepal Investment Mega Bank Ltd.

Prithvi Bahadur Pandey has been selected as the Chair of NIMB during the 617th meeting of the bank’s board of directors held on Tuesday.

The decision to elect Pandey unanimously as the Chair was made during the meeting.

Following the 38th Annual General Meeting of the bank on Feb 27, where the elections took place, Pandey, along with Prajanya Raj Bhandari, Madan Kumar Acharya, and Dipankar Shakya Uday, were elected unopposed from the founder group.

From the general shareholders’ group, the elected board members include Kavi Kumar Tibrewala and Shalik Ram Belbase.
