Citizen Life Insurance concludes two-day MDRT 2025 event

KATHMANDU: Citizen Life Insurance Company successfully concluded its two-day MDRT 2025 (Million Dollar Round Table) event.
The grand event took place on Feb 21 and 22 at Siraichuli Hotel, Bharatpur, Chitwan.
The primary objective of the program was to honor top-performing leaders who qualified for MDRT 2025 and achieved the company’s business targets.
Additionally, the event focused on discussions and training sessions regarding future business strategies.
Citizen Life Insurance organizes this annual event to recognize senior agency managers based on their outstanding performance in the previous fiscal year.
The program was attended by key company officials, including CEO Poshak Raj Paudel, Deputy CEO Deep Bahadur B.C., Chief Marketing Officer Bhushan Rimal, Chief Financial Officer Gopal Pangeni, along with branch heads and department heads—totaling 70 participants.
Among them, 42 MDRT qualifiers and 3 Court of the Table (COT) qualifiers were honored with ceremonial scarves, garlands, certificates, and awards.
The event not only served as a recognition platform but also provided valuable training to participants.
International trainer and insurance expert Himanshu Joshi conducted sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the attendees.
