Nepal Life Insurance launches ‘Chhutla Hai Chhut’ scheme
Under this scheme, policyholders whose policies have lapsed for over 180 days without paying renewal premiums can now renew their policies.

KATHMANDU: Nepal Life Insurance Company has announced the launch of its ‘Chhutla Hai Chhut’ scheme.
Under this scheme, policyholders whose policies have lapsed for over 180 days without paying renewal premiums can now renew their policies by paying the premium between today and May 27, 2025.
A 50% discount on the late renewal fee will be provided for those who renew their policies.
The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Praveen Raman Parajuli, stated that this attractive scheme has been introduced as the company enters its 25th year of operation.
He emphasized that this special one-time offer has been created with the policyholders’ interests in mind and urged them to take advantage of the 50% discount on the late renewal fee by renewing their policies on time.
Furthermore, he encouraged policyholders to continue their coverage and live with peace of mind, ensuring the transfer of risk.
