Gold price drops

KATHMANDU: The price of gold in Nepal has declined for the second consecutive day after reaching a record high.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold has decreased by Rs 200 per tola today (Thursday).

As per the latest update, fine gold is being traded at Rs 170,300 per tola.

On Wednesday, it was traded at Rs 170,500 per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of silver has increased by Rs 5 per tola, reaching Rs 1,945.

On the previous trading day, silver was priced at Rs 1,940 per tola.
