KATHMANDU: The movie Feri Resham Filili has officially hit theaters across Nepal from Wednesday, coinciding with the celebration of Mahashivaratri.

Produced under the banner of Cinema Arts, the film premiered with a grand event in Lalitpur on Tuesday evening, attended by the cast and numerous film industry figures.

The movie received overwhelmingly positive feedback during its premiere show.

Speaking to the media after the screening, actor and director Ashok Sharma expressed confidence that the film’s engaging storyline would keep audiences entertained throughout.

He also highlighted the film’s strong message, addressing the growing trend of Nepali youth seeking opportunities abroad.

Actress Richa Sharma praised the performances of her fellow actors, stating that the film was well-crafted and ensured an enjoyable experience for all viewers.

Directed by Niraj Maharjan, Feri Resham Filili features an ensemble cast, including Vinay, Supushpa, Kameshwar, Nir Shah, Prakash Ghimire, Shishir Wangdel, Rabindra Jha, Laxmi Giri, Mahesh Tripathi, Avenraj Upreti, Mexam Gaudel, and Sajan Thapa.

While the original Resham Filili director Pranab Joshi and actress Menuka Pradhan are not part of this installment, most of the previous cast and crew remain intact.

With its blend of humor, drama, and a meaningful message, Feri Resham Filili is expected to make a strong impact at the box office.
