Gold & silver prices drop on Wednesday

KATHMANDU: The price of gold in the Nepali market has decreased slightly on Wednesday.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs Federation, the price of Chhapawal gold has dropped by Rs 800 per tola compared to the previous day.

The Federation reported that on Tuesday, the price of Chhapawal gold was Rs 171,300 per tola.

On Wednesday, it decreased to Rs 170,500 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver has also decreased.

On Tuesday, the price of silver was Rs 1,970 per tola, but it has fallen to Rs 1,940 per tola on Wednesday.
