NIMB marks 40th anniversary
KATHMANDU: Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited has entered its 40th year of operation.
On the occasion of its 39th anniversary, Chair Mr. Prithvi Bahadur Pandey expressed gratitude to customers, founders, shareholders, board members, regulatory bodies, employees, and stakeholders for their trust and continuous support.
He acknowledged their significant contributions to the bank’s success.
Similarly, CEO Mr. Jyoti Prakash Pandey emphasized the bank’s commitment to enhancing financial services through advanced technology.
He highlighted the strengthening of digital banking and reaffirmed the bank’s dedication to providing innovative services under the slogan “Moving Forward Together on the Path of Prosperity.”
As part of its annual tradition, the bank has been publishing financial literacy books for the past seven years. This year, it released its seventh edition, “The Magic of Digital Banking,” aimed at educating children about banking systems and encouraging parents to adopt modern digital banking services.
To mark its 39th anniversary, the bank introduced a new savings account, “Nava Aayam Savings Account,” which can be opened with just Rs 39. Customers will also receive several benefits at the same cost, including NIMB Smart mobile banking, a virtual prepaid card, a debit card, a credit card, and a 39% discount on locker services.
