Ad Club of Nepal hosts ‘ekADeshmaa with Paras Khadka

KATHMANDU: The Ad Club of Nepal, an autonomous entity under the Advertising Association of Nepal (AAN), successfully hosted an engaging and insightful session, ‘ekADeshmaa with Paras Khadka’, supported by ME TV, at Moksh, Jhamsikhel.
The event featured Paras Khadka, former Nepal Cricket Captain, Secretary of the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), and coordinator of the recently concluded Nepal Premier League (NPL).
He captivated the audience with his inspiring journey—from his early struggles in cricket to leading Nepal to the 2014 ICC T20 World Cup, securing ODI status, and transitioning into sports administration and brand endorsements.
Emphasizing his unwavering commitment to excellence, Paras shared how his dedication to cricket mirrors his approach to brand endorsements, reinforcing the importance of passion and integrity in both fields.
The evening began on a poignant note with an evocative poem by Heena, an advertising professional, setting the stage for an inspiring session. Adding to the momentum, Prabin Aryal, Business Development Manager of ME TV, introduced two major upcoming shows, further showcasing ME TV’s commitment to quality content.
A dynamic Q&A segment was moderated by Deependra Tandon, Joint Governor of the Ad Club of Nepal, where Paras offered candid insights into his career and personal philosophy.
The session concluded with a special token of appreciation presented to Paras Khadka by Bidhan Rajbhandari, Governor of Ad Club of Nepal, and Sudip Thapa, President of the Advertising Association of Nepal. In his closing remarks, Bidhan Rajbhandari expressed heartfelt gratitude to all contributors and attendees, acknowledging their role in making the event a resounding success.
