Husband held for murdering wife in Rolpa

KATHMANDU: Rolpa police have arrested 40-year-old Khim Lal Budha on charges of murdering his wife, 32-year-old Asmita Budha Magar.

According to authorities, Khim Lal attacked Asmita with a khukuri, killing her on the spot.

Upon receiving the report early in the morning, police from the Area Police Office in Holeri and the Jugaar Police Post immediately took action and arrested the suspect.

Further investigation into the incident is underway.
