He had issued a notice on Monday night, emphasizing the need for serious engagement to address the social, cultural, and community concerns raised regarding the project.
“The construction work has been halted, and we sincerely appeal to all concerned parties to join the dialogue process for a solution,” the statement read.
The government had formed the negotiation team on Feb 2 to resolve the issue.
However, despite two rounds of discussions, no agreement has been reached.
