PM Oli inaugurates new dental college building at NMC

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli inaugurated the newly constructed dental college building at Nepal Medical College and Teaching Hospital in Jorpati today.
The inauguration coincided with the institution’s silver jubilee celebration.
The new facility is expected to enhance the delivery of quality healthcare services and contribute to the production of skilled medical professionals.
According to the college, it has so far produced 4,098 trained professionals, including 2,262 MBBS graduates, 335 BDS graduates, 324 MD/MS and MDS specialists, eight DM/MCh specialists, and 208 BSc and MSc Nursing graduates.
The event was attended by Minister for Health and Population Pradip Paudel, members of the House of Representatives, and other dignitaries.
