KATHMANDU: The NEPSE index gained 3.14 points (0.11%) today, closing at 2,743.74.
Out of the traded stocks, 81 companies saw a price increase, while 158 declined, and 5 remained unchanged.
A total of 86,223 transactions were recorded, amounting to a turnover of Rs 8.62 billion.
The trading volume stood at 15.63 million shares.
Among the 13 sub-indices, four witnessed gains: Life Insurance, Trading, Others, and Non-Life Insurance.
