Unified Socialist to hold Central Committee meeting today

KATHMANDU: The Central Committee meeting of the CPN (Unified Socialist) is set to convene today.

This follows the Politburo meeting held on Wednesday.

On Tuesday, the party’s Standing Committee meeting approved seven proposals and set the agenda for today’s session.

The meeting endorsed the political report presented by party chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal and approved key documents, including regulations, directives, and the code of conduct.

Additionally, the meeting reviewed the 10th National Congress, discussed an immediate action plan, addressed ordinance-related matters, and passed a proposal concerning the death of Prakriti Lamsal, along with other contemporary issues.
