Actor Jeetu Nepal bereaved as mother passes away at 89

KATHMANDU: Popular comedian and actor Jeetu Nepal is mourning the loss of his mother, Yogkumari Nepal, who passed away at the age of 89.
She breathed her last at her residence on Sunday morning.
Late Yogkumari Nepal is survived by her six sons, including Jeetu Nepal, and one daughter.
According to actor Neeraj Nepal, her funeral is scheduled to be held at Pashupati Aryaghat on Sunday afternoon.
Expressing his grief, comedian Manoj Gajurel extended his heartfelt condolences. “Jeetu Nepal’s beloved mother, Yogkumari Nepal, has passed away today. She was suffering from respiratory issues. She lived with Jeetu Nepal in Kaushaltar and was also the grandmother of actors Gopal Nepal ‘Fiste’ and Neeraj Nepal. My deepest sympathies to the bereaved family. May her soul rest in peace,” he shared.
